Job Description: WGL Energy - Director of Sales WGL Energy, a subsidiary of AltaGas, is seeking a Director, Sales to lead and execute our commercial sales strategy across electricity, natural gas, renewable energy, sustainability, and value‑added energy solutions. This highly impactful leadership role drives profitable growth in deregulated markets while leading a high‑performing sales organization, shaping go‑to‑market strategies, engaging directly in complex commercial opportunities, and building strong relationships with mid‑market and large Commercial & Industrial (C&I) customers across multiple regions. The role blends strategic leadership with hands‑on execution and cross‑functional collaboration, focusing on scaling growth, strengthening customer relationships, and aligning sales execution with broader enterprise objectives. It includes direct leadership of five (5) Business Development Managers (BDMs) and/or managers of BDMs, and accountability for a network of 100 third‑party broker partners with an annual sales objective exceeding $10M. What You'll Do Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue, margin, retention, and growth targets. Translate corporate and market strategies into actionable go‑to‑market plans. Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and product expansion initiatives. Monitor competitive, regulatory, and market dynamics affecting deregulated retail energy markets. Lead, coach, and develop Sales Managers, senior sales executives, and indirect sales resources. Establish clear performance expectations, KPIs, and incentive alignment. Build scalable sales processes, strong pipeline discipline, and forecasting accuracy. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and ethical sales practices. Serve as company sponsor for key strategic and national C&I customer relationships. Serve as company sponsor for key strategic and national broker partner relationships. Lead or support negotiations for complex electricity, natural gas, renewable, and structured product agreements. Support customer retention and long‑term relationship value through consultative engagement. Partner closely with pricing, analytics, operations, marketing, finance, and legal teams. Ensure seamless deal execution from origination through contract implementation. Contribute insights to product development, pricing strategies, and sustainability offerings. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements across all applicable jurisdictions. Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reporting, and performance updates to executive leadership. Director, Partner & Channel Sales, North America

Director, Partner & Channel Sales, North America Denodo is looking for an entrepreneurial, well-organized, and highly-motivated individual to manage channel, reseller, and systems-integrator/consulting partners to drive Denodo’s revenue growth. As part of our extended partner ecosystem team, this role will also collaborate with Technology & Cloud partners for solutions and selling via cloud marketplaces. The partner manager must own and deliver consistent results across five objectives: Partner Network development, Sourced revenue, Influenced revenue, Pipeline generation, and Joint Partner Solutions for growth and differentiation. The partner manager leads the effort in close coordination with the RVP, Sales and VP, Partner Channel Sales to achieve high growth and profitability through a partner-inclusive strategy and will be supported by an extended team of marketing, SDRs and direct sales executives to accelerate opportunities through partners. The Partner Channel Sales Manager will be responsible for developing a joint business plan and delivering on key objectives set for the partnership – which include soft metrics (solutions, collateral, GTM campaigns) as well as pipeline and revenue metrics for Sourced, Co-sell, and Influenced revenue. They will be both technical and business-savvy, self-directed, highly collaborative, diligent, thoughtful, and accountable for results. Denovo is making a significant investment in this area.
