Coordinate with US Investments sales leadership to align on revenue targets, pipeline priorities, and strategic initiatives. Contribute to the evolution of WTW’s wealth value proposition by providing market feedback, identifying emerging opportunities, and supporting new solution development. Act as a senior ambassador for WTW Investments, demonstrating thought leadership and representing the firm in client meetings, industry events, and partner engagements. Qualifications Qualifications & Experience 10 years of experience in investment sales, business development, or distribution within the wealth management, asset management, or investment consulting industry. Strong understanding of multi-asset investing, portfolio construction, delegated investment/OCIO models, and investment solutions relevant to wealth clients. Proven track record of generating and closing complex investment-related sales opportunities. Ability to engage credibly with sophisticated investment professionals and senior stakeholders. Collaborative mindset with experience working across sales, product, research, and client teams. Strong commercial judgment, communication skills, and client‑centric approach. Location & Travel This role may be based in a major US WTW office location, with flexibility depending on candidate profile. Regular travel is expected to support client and prospect engagement. Compensation The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $200,000– $250,000 USD per year. This role is also eligible for an annual short‑term incentive bonus.
