Ability to design or oversee fixture design for manufacturing processes. Experience performing failure analysis, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions. Minimum of 2 years of experience supervising engineers and/or technicians. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Manufacturing Technology required. Master’s degree in Materials Science preferred.
