JOB SUMMARY Sells products and services to customers in assigned non-bulk multi-dwelling units (MDU) areas/properties with 50 doors through door-to-door solicitation, lobby events and by building strong relationships with property managers. Position Summary The CET team is looking for a seasoned Program Manager to lead our Residential EV Charging program. The main goal of the program is to make it easier for income-qualified customers to charge their EVs at home through incentives for panel upgrades and circuit extensions. Additionally, the program aims to provide pathways for customers to install EV charging at their homes while avoiding the need for electrical upgrades. The program connects customers to a list of qualified Trade Allies and provides rebates directly to those partners to allow for a reduction in out-of-pocket costs for the customer upon installation. The successful candidate will also ensure that the key objectives of PG&E’s residential electrification customer experience are integrated into the design and execution of this program. Description Job Summary Responsible for the planning and delivery of care utilizing nursing processes, assessment, implementation and evaluation. Job Specific Duties Ensures completion of surgical documentation requirements (consent, labs, H&P, patient history, etc.). Completes process accurately as per Universal Protocol and hospital policies and procedures. Greets family/patient and transports patient into OR. Acts as liaison to update family with procedure progress to ensure top tier patient and family satisfaction (SEI index). Plans, implements, and documents the plan of care in collaboration with the other disciplines and services to assure safe and efficient care. Provides nursing care that includes IV site monitoring, specimen collection, and assists medical team with specific procedures. Follows physician’s orders, administers, and reconstitutes medications when needed. Adheres to six rights of medication administration per medication administration policy. As a Regulatory Analyst, Expert within PG&E’s Electric Compliance organization, you will serve as a senior subject matter expert responsible for developing, interpreting, and implementing proactive regulatory strategies that strengthen compliance and operational readiness. Focused within the Policy Scanning and Requirements Management function, this role leads the analysis of complex state and federal regulatory developments, conducts horizon scanning to identify emerging legislation and policy trends, participates in benchmarking efforts, and translates these insights into actionable internal obligations that shape implementation. You will partner closely with Operations, Engineering, Law, and Regulatory Affairs to embed regulatory clarity and accountability into daily business processes, advancing PG&E’s commitment to safety, reliability, and wildfire mitigation excellence. This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual salary paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, geographic location, and internal equity. Although we estimate the successful candidate hired into this role will be placed towards the middle or entry point of the range, the decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to these factors.​ A reasonable salary range is:​ Bay Area Minimum: $​126,000 Bay Area Maximum: $​200,000 &/OR​ California Minimum: $​120,000 California Maximum: $190,000 Responsibilities : Support development and maintenance of compliance programs focused on regulatory requirements, internal standards, and performance monitoring within Electric Compliance. Manage research and analysis to identify applicable regulatory requirements, assess changes, and ensure alignment of internal controls and processes. Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging legislation, policy developments, and regulatory trends that may impact PG&E’s compliance programs and operational practices. Draft and maintain compliance documentation, guidance materials, and evidence tracking tools to support audits, investigations, and regulatory inquiries. Monitor compliance and risk performance metrics, perform validation or self-assessments, and recommend corrective actions or process improvements. Participate in policy scanning and implementation efforts to ensure PG&E remains ahead of emerging mandates from agencies such as CPUC, OEIS, FERC, NERC, WECC, and CAISO. Lead complex, cross-functional implementation efforts to operationalize new and changing regulatory requirements Contribute to regulatory filings, responses, and documentation requests, ensuring accuracy, traceability, and timely delivery. Support development of compliance dashboards, data visualizations, and analytics to strengthen evidence quality and oversight. Share insights and updates with leaders and peers to promote awareness, consistency, and collaboration across the Electric Compliance organization. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, public policy, finance, engineering or related discipline or equivalent utility industry experience Five years of relevant work experience Desired: Electrical engineer with experience in the utility industry to support technical interpretations with heavy emphasis on implementation of new compliance requirements in collaboration with operational and engineering teams. Master’s degree or equivalent advanced education. Electric industry experience. FERC utility policy experience or utility operational experience. Understanding of distribution and/or transmission operations, systems, and standards. Working knowledge of compliance and risk frameworks, internal controls, and regulatory analysis methods. Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex data, identify compliance trends, and communicate findings clearly. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with experience managing multiple projects in a matrixed environment. Proficiency in documentation tools, spreadsheets, and compliance systems for tracking, reporting, and analysis. Eight (8) or more years of relevant experience in compliance, regulatory strategy, or utility operations. Expertise in interpreting and applying regulatory requirements to electric operations, safety, and wildfire mitigation programs. Experience leading or coordinating enterprise-level compliance initiatives or audits. Familiarity with compliance management and data analytics tools used for regulatory tracking and reporting. Recognized as a trusted advisor and thought partner in regulatory interpretation and compliance strategy.

VP Sales Quill

The VP Sales, Quill is responsible for driving accelerated growth and meeting or exceeding the sales and profitability targets through effective leadership, talent management and the execution of strategic digital and inside sales initiatives. In addition, the VP of sales is required to effectively collaborate with other departments peers to achieve business results. This role will be responsible for partnering with digital leadership of SB to oversee and implement the sales go-to-market strategy with overall sales of approximately $500M. Duties & Responsibilities Develops strategic sales plans to drive growth goals through acquisition, account management, retention, reactivation, sales performance and operational excellence. Cross functionally collaborates to develop go to market plans across key verticals including promotional and pricing strategies, positioning, customer segmentation, and contact strategies to build pipeline and drive both topline and operating profit growth. Actively participates as a member of the Quill Leadership team to collaboratively establish priorities, objectives and plans for implementation. Accountable to develop and drive Quill's annual Managed Customer Base P&L performance ($500M) Oversees responsibilities, performance and funnel management of 200 sales team which includes Directors, Managers, and inside/outside selling organization to drive effective adoption of selling methodologies and sales tools, as well as accountability to KPIs, sales, and profitability attainment. Inspires the organization to achieve results through an engaged, inclusive and performance-driven team culture. Engages, negotiates and develops sales strategies with prospects and customers for larger associations, enterprises and/or programmatic opportunities. Partners and influences vendor community in areas that will advance our strategic focus on maximizing market share gains in the small to medium sized business industry. Responsible for the structure and execution of sales incentive and commission programs (with Finance oversight). Monitor emerging marketplace trends and available data to drive decision making and ensure evolution of sales strategy and execution. What You Bring To The Table: Bachelors Degree in Business Mgmt, Marketing or equivalent field 15 years of digital and/or ecommerce related sales leadership experience for enterprise level complex/custom solutions Minimum 5 years in a B2B senior leadership role with direct/indirect leadership of acquisition, account mgmt and reactivation teams including inside phone and outside direct selling organizations. Multidimension leadership including ability to develop sales and organizational strategy, a high-performance team and drive execution of profitable revenue growth. Creative selling, project management skills and strategic planning ability Able to enact and execute prioritization initiatives and measures.
