We are looking for a Full-Time provider (40 hours per week) to join our Pleasant View Center in Concord, NH. This role is open to either a nurse practitioner or a physician assistant, and we encourage new graduates to apply. The annual salary for this position ranges from $112,320 to $128,960, along with an incentive compensation bonus program that has no cap. Key Responsibilities The Advanced Practice Provider will report to the Director of Clinical Practice and/or the Area Clinical Practice Manager. This role involves collaboration with the Center Leadership Team to meet specific center goals and priorities. Additionally, the Advanced Practice Provider will work alongside the Medical Director and/or Attending Physician to deliver patient-specific medical care. The Advanced Practice Provider will offer primary and urgent care services to residents of the nursing center, working in conjunction with other medical professionals. This position is integral to achieving our organization's mission of enhancing lives through high-quality healthcare and compassionate service. Qualifications To qualify, the Advanced Practice Provider must have graduated from an accredited School of Nursing, hold a registered nurse license, and be certified as a Nurse Practitioner through an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program with a Master’s Degree in Nursing, specializing in Older Adult and/or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP). Other specialties may be considered based on experience and organizational needs. For Physician Assistants, graduation from an ARC-PA accredited program and successful completion of the PA National Certifying Exam (PANCE) is required, along with state licensure and NCCPA certification. A minimum of two years of experience working with adult or geriatric populations is preferred. In states where practice regulations permit, the APRN must hold an unrestricted professional license and DEA for each state of practice. Similarly, the PA must have an unrestricted professional license and DEA for each state in which they operate.
