Senior Electronic Calibration & Repair Technician
Job Description Job Description A growing Test Instrument and Standards, Manufacturing and Service Company, accessible by T, is seeking an Electronic Test Technician to join its engineering/production group in West Roxbury, MA. Responsibilities will include assembly, troubleshooting, testing, adjusting and calibrating electronic instruments and test equipment, such as: Computer controlled resistance, inductance and capacitance decades Milliohmmeters Megohmmeters Capacitance meters Stroboscopes LCR Meters Requirements: 1. MUST have electronic testing and troubleshooting experience down to component level utilizing schematics, handheld multimeters and other bench instruments. 2. Experience with test instruments including handheld multimeters, Fluke 8508A 8.5 Digit Reference Multimeters, oscilloscopes, resistance, inductance and capacitance standards 3. Experience with calibration of test equipment 4. PC skills including Microsoft Excel and Word 5. Ability to read and follow schematics, assembly procedures and calibration procedures 6. Good quality soldering and electronic assembly workmanship and skills 7.
