Overview and Responsibilities SummaryWe are seeking a qualified Ventilator Patient Specialistto join the Rotech team. In this position, you will be responsible for managing a set number of ALS and/or Pediatric ventilation patients within a defined territory; will be the primary contact for patient, caregiver and any other entity directly involved with the patient's ventilation care.In the State of MA this position pays between $45/hr. - $50/hr. depending on related experience plus bonus opportunity.Essential Duties and Responsibilities Available for on-call assignments as needed; Rides Team Leader starting at $16.50 an hour

Overview: Train and coach while working alongside a team of Ride Operators to maintain the safe, efficient and Courteous operation of assigned ride(s). Responsibilities: KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure the safety of both guests and employees is the highest priority. Train employees in accordance with standard operating procedures, training checklists and safety standards. Supervise the operations of the ride and ensure subordinate team members perform job functions safely, efficiently and courteously and in accordance with standard operating procedures. Ensure pre-opening ride inspections and closing procedures are properly completed. Maintain an open and effective line of communication between team members and management. Evaluate the performance of employees and provide feedback to promote growth and retention. Take immediate and decisive action to correct employees who are working at a substandard level. Maintain ride reports, logs and checklists while ensuring all forms are completed neatly and accurately. Oversee the timely completion of position rotations. Schedule break periods and ensure breaks are completed on time. Maintain an adequate stock of all necessary cleaning supplies, paperwork and equipment. Execute the "Attention to Detail" program for an assigned team and ensure cleanliness in front-of-the-house, back-of-the-house and fringe areas.
