Overview and Responsibilities SummaryWe are seeking a qualified Ventilator Patient Specialistto join the Rotech team. In this position, you will be responsible for managing a set number of ALS and/or Pediatric ventilation patients within a defined territory; will be the primary contact for patient, caregiver and any other entity directly involved with the patient's ventilation care.In the State of MA this position pays between $45/hr. - $50/hr. depending on related experience plus bonus opportunity.Essential Duties and Responsibilities Available for on-call assignments as needed; responsible for phone consultations during non-business hours Maintains continuing education as necessary for performance of job responsibilities and as required for state licensure or certification Maintains documentation of all services provided and all work performed per Rotech's policies and procedures Maintains records and workspace in an organized, safe, clean, and neat fashion Maintains up-to-date licensure certification or other requirements per state law in the state(s) of practice Supports orientation and training of other personnel at the direction of the Manager Performs other duties and responsibilities as required by state licensure law or by the Manager Patient assessment Provides patient education as applicable Sets up all highly technical respiratory equipment Monitors ongoing function of highly technical respiratory equipment Qualifications Employment is contingent on Background investigation (company-wide) Drug screen (when applicable for the position) Valid driver's license in state of residence with a clean driving record (when applicable for the position)Education and/or Experience Completion of an accredited program/degree in respiratory care preferred; Rides Team Leader starting at $16.50 an hour

Overview: Train and coach while working alongside a team of Ride Operators to maintain the safe, efficient and Courteous operation of assigned ride(s). Responsibilities: KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure the safety of both guests and employees is the highest priority.
