Financial Planning Counselor

The Opportunity: As a Financial Planning Counselor, you will work alongside our internal Relationship Managers as the point person for complex financial planning education and analysis. You will develop and broaden your financial planning knowledge, work with multiple departments in the firm and have in-depth conversations with clients to help them determine the right path for their financial future. You will report to your Team Manager who will aid in your training for the role and professional development for future growth opportunities. About CR/T Founded in 1982, Chemical Research/Technology (CR/T) is Quad's ink manufacturing subsidiary. As one of the largest ink manufacturers in the country, it is responsible for the development, testing, and support of inks, coatings, and related materials used in Quad's print and manufacturing operations. The team focuses on formulation, material performance, and process compatibility to ensure consistent production outcomes across platforms. About the Role Join a specialized team at Quad's CR/T facility, where we manufacture the resins and inks that power our printing operations nationwide. As an Ink Maker, you'll play a key role in manufacturing the ink by the use of manufacturing equipment such as vertical post mixers, twin screw extruders, horizontal bead, and 3 roll mills, as well as dry powder feed systems. Other responsibilities include forklift operation, along with railcar and tanker truck unloading. The starting wage for this position is up to $20.00 / hour or more, depending on experience.
