Job Details Responsibilities: Manage all financial aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, cost tracking, billing, and financial reporting. Prepare and submit AIA billing and other client invoicing. Process subcontractor payments and manage Textura payment system. Maintain Timberline accounting system and Sage 300 ERP system. Handle project-related payroll and employee expense reports. Work with project managers to forecast project costs and cash flow. Analyze project profitability, revenue, margins, and utilization. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports. Collaborate with external auditors to ensure successful audit results and compliance. Use Procore construction management software to track project financials. Utilize Excel for data analysis and financial modeling. Assist with other accounting duties as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project accounting. Proficiency in construction accounting software, including AIA, Textura, Timberline, Sage 300, and Procore. Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, vlookups, and complex formulas. Solid understanding of construction accounting principles and regulations. Experience with construction payroll processing. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with team members at all levels. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently. Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus.
