Responsibilities: Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking an experienced, board-certified Neonatologist to join and help lead our expanding program at Spotsylvania Regional Medical Center (SRMC) in Fredericksburg, Virginia. This position offers an ideal blend of clinical leadership, schedule flexibility, and the ability to practice high-quality community neonatology while living in one of the most desirable regions in the Mid Atlantic. Your Role & Impact Provide collaborative care in the Level III NICU and newborn nursery Attend high-risk deliveries and participate in perinatal team care Mentor nursing and respiratory therapy teams as NICU volume and acuity expand Help shape clinical protocols and growth strategies for a developing NICU program Work alongside: 2 Neonatologists 4.5 Neonatal Nurse Practitioners NICU Overview 8-bed Level III NICU 10 LDR couplet care rooms Combined census: 9 11 patients/day Approximately 1,250 annual deliveries Strong in-house OB Hospitalist support About Spotsylvania Regional Medical Center Opened in 2010, SRMC is a modern, 133-bed community hospital known for: All-private inpatient rooms Comprehensive obstetric, neonatal, psychiatric, surgical, and emergency services State-of-the-art imaging and surgical suites A collaborative, patient-centered clinical culture Why Fredericksburg & Spotsylvania?
