Must have experience selling into enterprise and commercial accounts in the U.S. Experience selling into areas supporting call centers such as Customer Care, HR, Service/Help desk and sales. Infrastructure/Operations (AIOps) sales experience a plus. Extensive Business Processing Outsource (BPO) involvement supporting voice and chat inbound or outbound interactions. Prior experience implementing analytic solutions that have impacted operational business processes is a significant plus. Track record of successful achievement of assigned quotas. Ability to manage a pipeline of 20 opportunities at any given time. Experience working at a highly matrixed organization is preferred. Self-starter with willingness to learn quickly.
