Motivate, mentor and train all shift personnel Communicate effectively with regional manager and Operations manager on a regular basis Ability to respond to all on-call requests made after normal business hours. Ability to work outside in the elements for the duration of the shift Keep shop area neat and organized Qualifications: 3 years of experience in DOT service/repair. Must provide own hand tools that are adequate to perform repairs. Must have a driver’s license and clean driving record. Must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Ability to perform physical requirements of the position. Strong attention to detail. Ability to multi-task while maintaining composure and professionalism. Excellent organization skills. Subject to DOT required background checks as needed. Housing is not available, must commute. Education & Experience: High school diploma or general education degree [GED]. Prior experience with crude trailers a plus. 3 years of experience in DOT service/repair.
