What You’ll Do: As a Shift Leader, you’ll be the go-to person during your shift, helping to: - Lead by example and support your team in delivering top-notch guest service - Keep operations running smoothly - prepping food, managing inventory, or handling cash - Train and coach crew members to be their best - Ensure the store stays clean, safe, and welcoming by upholding all Food Safety, Brand, and Network standards - Step in for the manager when needed, help make key decisions What You Bring to the Table: - Previous experience in food service or retail (leadership experience is a plus!) - A positive attitude and strong communication skills - Ability to multitask and stay cool under pressure - Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays - A team-first mindset and a passion for great coffee and customer service - Must be at least 18 years of age - You’re fluent in English and eligible to work in the U.S. Many Dunkin' restaurants are owned and operated by an independent franchisee.
