This is a permanent position that will play a crucial role in our finance department. Manage the company's fixed assets and ensure proper recording of new purchases and disposals. Manage the cash flow position of the company, including the preparation of cash flow forecasts. Oversee pension administration, ensuring accurate and timely reporting and compliance with applicable regulations. Develop and implement policies and procedures with emphasis on internal controls. Collaborate with external auditors to ensure successful audit results and compliance. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 3 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in public accounting. Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Experience with SEC reporting and compliance. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with advanced working knowledge of Excel. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with minimal direction. Knowledge of ERP systems and related technologies. CPA or CMA certification is preferred.
