About The American Baby Company Infertility affects roughly 1 in 6 couples , yet only a small percentage of patients who could benefit from treatment ever receive it. The primary barrier is cost. A typical IVF cycle in the United States can cost $25,000 or more , placing treatment out of reach for many families. Our mission is to change that. The American Baby Company is redesigning the fertility clinic model around standardized clinical protocols, highly efficient IVF laboratories, and technology-enabled workflows . Our goal is to deliver high-quality IVF at a dramatically more accessible price point , expanding access to fertility care for many more families. The company was co-founded by Dr. Paul Magarelli , a nationally recognized reproductive endocrinologist with more than 30 years of experience in reproductive medicine , and Van Spina , an entrepreneur with a background in finance, technology, and real estate development. We are launching our first flagship clinic in West Palm Beach, Florida , with the long-term goal of building a national network of fertility clinics . We are seeking a Clinical Fertility Gynecologist (OB/GYN) to join us as a founding physician and help build the clinical foundation of this network. The Opportunity This role is designed for a general OB/GYN who wants to develop deep expertise in fertility medicine and IVF care while actively practicing in a high-volume clinical environment. You will serve as a core on-site fertility physician , leading day-to-day patient care while working closely with Dr. Paul Magarelli (REI) and an experienced IVF clinical and laboratory team. Through structured, hands‑on training integrated into your clinical schedule, you will develop expertise in fertility evaluation, treatment planning, cycle management, and core assisted reproductive procedures. This role offers OB/GYN physicians a rare opportunity to build expertise in fertility medicine and IVF without completing a traditional REI fellowship , while working alongside one of the most experienced reproductive endocrinologists in the field. As a founding physician, you will also help shape clinical workflows, patient experience, and operational systems as we build the first clinic in a national fertility network. Training & Clinical Development Training is embedded directly into clinical practice and guided by a structured framework developed by Dr. Paul Magarelli , founder of the IVF Institute and the Clinical Fertility Gynecologist (CFG) Program . Your development pathway will include: Stepwise training in fertility evaluation and ultrasound monitoring Training in cycle management and stimulation protocols Training in ART procedures: egg retrievals and embryo transfers Exposure to and supervised participation in egg retrieval procedures Real‑time case review and cycle planning with the supervising REI Protocol-based care with clear escalation pathways for complex cases This approach allows physicians to rapidly develop confidence and competence in fertility medicine while actively caring for patients . Core Responsibilities Conduct new patient fertility consultations and evaluations Manage patients through fertility treatment cycles including stimulation monitoring Execute established IVF stimulation and fertility preservation protocols Collaborate closely with nursing staff and embryology laboratory teams Perform or assist office-based reproductive procedures Communicate treatment plans, results, and next steps with patients Support a culture of clinical excellence, safety, and patient-centered care Contribute to clinical workflow and protocol development as the network grows Who This Role Is For We are looking for physicians who are excited about both clinical excellence and building something new . Ideal candidates are: Board-certified or board‑eligible OB/GYNs Passionate about women's health and reproductive medicine Motivated learners who enjoy structured training and skill development Comfortable practicing within protocol-driven clinical systems Strong communicators who build trust with patients during emotionally complex journeys Interested in helping build a new national fertility platform Prior fertility experience is not required . Why This Role Is Unique Most fertility clinics hire only physicians who have completed REI fellowships , which creates a high barrier to entering the field. This role offers a different pathway . Through hands‑on mentorship with Dr. Paul Magarelli , you will gain real‑world experience in fertility medicine while actively practicing as a physician inside a modern IVF clinic. You will also be joining at the ground floor of a new fertility platform , with the opportunity to grow into leadership roles as the network expands nationally. Compensation & Benefits Target Cash Compensation: $300,000 - $400,000 annually (base plus performance incentives) Additional benefits include: Network-level equity opportunities Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits Malpractice coverage Paid time off CME allowance Relocation support (if applicable) As the company grows into a national clinic network, physicians will have the opportunity to participate in long‑term leadership and growth opportunities .
