Key Responsibilities: Manage all phases of complex commercial litigation matters from inception through trial or resolution Draft and argue substantive motions, including dispositive motions Conduct discovery, including depositions, written discovery, and e-discovery management Develop case strategy and advise clients on risk, exposure, and litigation outcomes Handle court appearances, hearings, mediations, and arbitrations Collaborate with partners and team members on case development and trial preparation Maintain strong client relationships and deliver high-quality, responsive service Qualifications: J.D. from an accredited law school and active admission to the Florida Bar 5 years of experience in complex commercial litigation (law firm experience required) Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills Demonstrated experience handling sophisticated business disputes independently Deposition, motion practice, and courtroom experience required Trial experience or second-chair trial experience preferred Ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Interested in hearing more?
