Plaintiff or defense-side personal injury litigation experience considered. Strong legal research, writing, motion practice, discovery, and deposition experience. Experience working with experts, medical records, damages analysis, liability issues, and case valuation preferred. Trial preparation, mediation, arbitration, or hearing experience preferred. Excellent judgment, attention to detail, and ability to manage sophisticated litigation matters. Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach.
