The Vice President (VP) plays a critical leadership role on the team and across the firm. You are expected to have the skills and behaviors needed to up‑level client work, build culture and drive growth for the firm. While you should be a big‑picture thinker, you also need to be able to lead and inspire teams to turn big ideas into action. Most of all, you need to be an incredible people manager who enjoys developing and mentoring junior staff, a critical aspect of our growing team. In this role, you must be an expert in research and analytics across communications channels, skilled at leveraging AI and adept at extrapolating data to find the “so what” for clients. This candidate will be expected to conduct primary and secondary research to inform strategy, monitor earned, social and owned activity across relevant platforms and develop insightful and actionable reports for executives. The anticipated salary range for this position is $150,000-175,000. An employee's salary is determined by a range of factors including but not limited to relevant experience, qualifications, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
