Job Description Job Description Regional Director of Culinary Locations: Davidson, Winston-Salem & Blowing Rock, NC Salary: $120,000 to $125,000 We're seeking an experienced Regional Director of Culinary to lead culinary operations across multiple chef-driven, scratch kitchen concepts in North Carolina. This executive leadership role is ideal for a hands-on culinary professional who thrives in multi-unit environments and is passionate about operational excellence, team development, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
