Executive Director of Marketing

Essential Duties & Responsibilities Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Develop and execute comprehensive casino marketing strategies that strengthen brand presence while driving gaming revenue, profitability, and database growth through acquisitions, retention and reinvestment strategies. Provide functional leadership as well as strategic support for marketing team, executive leadership, internal guests and vendors, including agencies. Lead, mentor, and provide strategic support and direction to multi-disciplinary marketing organization, including but not limited to advertising, digital marketing, public relations, special events, player development, rewards club, database marketing and property programming. Create and oversee budgeting, forecasting, ROI analysis, and financial performance monitoring to optimize marketing investment and promotional effectiveness. Develop and optimize promotional calendars, offers, and incentive programs tied to property objectives. Build and maintain relationships with agencies, vendors, and strategic partners. Maintain a strong working partnership with Brand Marketing to ensure casino initiatives align with overall property positioning that reflect the brand’s tone, standards, and long‑term vision. Ensure effective use of marketing technology platforms and systems to drive data-informed decision‑making. Oversee performance marketing across paid and organic channels, including social media, paid media, and CRM marketing. Maintain development of technology to provide world‑class guest experience. Frequent communication with the operations team including F&B, retail, nightlife, HR, IT, other marketing areas and vendors. Ensure compliance with all gaming regulations and internal policies. Represent the property at any public event as directed by management. Devise or modify procedures to solve process problems that will result in more efficient productivity and higher caliber product.
