Position Overview The Director, Product - Provider Experience & Payments is a senior leader within the Product & Technology organization responsible for defining and executing the product strategy for Zelis’ provider-facing payment solutions, including ZAPP Edge/ACH, ePayment Center (ePC), and related provider engagement capabilities. Champion a seamless, intuitive provider experience across payment workflows and integrations with provider financial systems. Identify opportunities to enhance monetization, optimize payment conversion, and improve provider satisfaction. Product Lifecycle & Delivery Excellence Oversee the full product lifecycle from discovery and validation through delivery, launch, and optimization. Prioritize investments based on revenue impact, provider adoption metrics, client demand, and enterprise strategy. Ensure disciplined product management practices including customer discovery, usability validation, outcome measurement, and continuous improvement. Facilitate strong collaboration across Product, Engineering, Design, Compliance, Operations, and Commercial teams. Performance & Accountability Establish and manage KPIs tied to provider enrollment, ACH/EFT penetration, digital engagement, revenue contribution, margin performance, and client retention. Use analytics, provider feedback, and market intelligence to refine strategy and drive measurable outcomes. Deliver regular executive updates on roadmap progress, financial impact, and strategic risks/opportunities. Regulatory & Industry Leadership Ensure solutions meet regulatory and compliance standards including NACHA and relevant payments/security requirements. Monitor industry trends in healthcare payments, fintech innovation, and provider revenue cycle transformation. Proactively evolve the product portfolio to maintain Zelis’ competitive differentiation in provider payments. What You’ll Bring To Zelis Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred. 12–15 years of progressive product management experience, with significant experience in payments, fintech, healthcare payments, or revenue cycle technology. 5 years leading product teams within a Product & Technology organization. Our dynamic Litigation Practice Group is known for its comprehensive approach to handling matters related to complex insurance claims analysis and representing clients in high‑stakes litigation cases. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of litigation experience. We are seeking a candidate who is passionate about delivering exceptional legal services. This position is hybrid in our San Francisco Bay Area, California office in Walnut Creek. Essential job duties include: Overseeing complex insurance coverage litigation and managing multiple cases from inception to resolution in both state and federal courts. Conducting thorough analysis of insurance policies and coverage provisions to determine coverage and liability. Providing strategic legal advice to clients on insurance coverage issues, policy interpretation, and case status reports. Handling all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation. Defending cases in civil litigation and in binding arbitration proceedings in both state and federal court. Attending court hearings and oral arguments both remotely and in-person. Taking and defending party, witness, and/or expert depositions. Preparing for and mediating cases and/or settlement conferences. Mentoring junior Associates and collaborating with legal staff.
