What You’ll Do As an Electrician I, you’ll play a key role in minimizing downtime and maximizing operational performance: Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair industrial electrical & electro-mechanical systems Support and optimize PLC / HMI systems and associated controls Maintain power distribution systems and production equipment Work on AC/DC motors, drives, and furnace combustion systems Develop and support preventive maintenance programs Read and interpret electrical schematics and system drawings Assist with hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems as needed Conduct equipment testing to ensure safe operation prior to production Follow strict safety protocols (LOTO, PPE, etc.) Operate mobile equipment when required What You Bring Experience in Electrical, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering Technology (or equivalent hands-on experience) Strong troubleshooting ability in heavy industrial/manufacturing environments Working knowledge of PLCs & controls, Motors & drives, Power distribution systems Ability to work independently or on a team in a fast-paced setting Strong communication skills and ability to prioritize tasks Mechatronics degree or advanced technical training (preferred) Why Join?
