In this role, you will ensure the effective operation and processing of recycling materials through use of shredding/baling and trim baling systems. This is done through staging and grading of recyclables, system start-up/shut-down/operation and processing of paper, plastic and metal graded materials. Pay range is $16.00-$22.50, Schedule is Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Gather, load and unload materials through lifting and/or Power Industrial Vehicles Operate recycling machinery to effectively process materials Sort and assign appropriate recycling grade to materials Create and maintain all records for outbound shipment in appropriate systems and/or hardcopies Identify and resolve general maintenance items and escalate as needed Maintain a clean and organized work area, including machinery Actively participate and follow all Safety and Lean regulations, policies and initiatives. Including performing daily maintenance inspections as required and report any issues of concern to the appropriate leader All other duties as assigned JOB REQUIREMENTS Appropriate education and/or experience may be substituted on an equivalent basis Education: High School Diploma or General Education Degree Experience: 1 year of manufacturing experience is preferred Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Quad Powered Industrial Vehicle Certification (Forklift, Clamp Truck, Tugger) as necessary for the area/plant needs. The Seasonal Production forklift workers assist in meeting production goals and deadlines during times of increased volume. The position offers the opportunity to learn the printing process from the ground up, while working with the industry’s most advanced printing equipment in a clean, well-kept environment. Our Seasonal opportunity is estimated to run from now until 11/14/2026. Shifts and dates of assignments may be rotated and may vary by department. Openings include forklift/material handler. Hours are based on production needs; however, hours consist of 12-hour shifts, days, nights, weekends and holiday as needed. Overtime is required as needed. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Move product/skids with a hand jack, motorized Raymond (Big Joe) lift or Forklift (training provided) Servicing of press and finishing machines to move product throughout the plant. Maintain accurate inventory of product with the use of an onboard PC and RF bar coding system. Loading and unloading of finished product and materials from semi-trailers and auto-wrapper using a forklift Comply with all quality, safety and work rules and regulations. Effectively communicate with team members Follow all clean-up and housekeeping procedures. Qualifications The successful candidate will have or be able to do the following: Must be at least 18-years of age or older. Strong computer skills preferred. Prior forklift experience highly preferred, but not required. Factory, Manufacturing or other work experience where mechanical or handwork was necessary is preferred, such as laborer, machinist, assembly, bindery, mechanic, warehouse etc. Printing, Finishing (Bindery) or Warehouse experience is preferred. Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems. Strong mechanical aptitude. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to read, understand and follow both written and verbal instructions. Good math skills The ability to use repetitive hand/wrist movement. Ability to multi-task and prioritize job need. Ability to be a team player in a fast paced, detail orientated production environment. Ability to follow instructions and work independently. You will be asked to follow a shift: (3 on 4 off, 4 on 3 off) will be both days and nights throughout the year, we will explain this during interview process. 12 hours shift 7 to 7. Night Shift Maintenance Mechanic

SUMMARY: Maintenance Mechanics are responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining, mechanical and hydraulic components of production presses and equipment using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments. This position will visually inspect and listen to machines and equipment to locate causes of malfunctions and keep presses operational. The Maintenance Technician plays an essential role in helping the plant provide high-quality products and efficient service to our customers by minimizing operational downtime. The wage range for this position is $24.00 - $33.50 per hour depending on experience level. Willing to train with some experience. RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform mechanical preventative maintenance procedures and repairs on Web Offset presses and Auxiliary equipment. Troubleshooting and repairing precision machinery and auxiliary equipment, utilizing blueprints, schematics, manufacturer specifications, and manuals. Emphasize proactive measures to minimize reactive maintenance. Maintain and repair components on systems such as bearings, gear clutches, couplings, belted and shafted drives, and gearboxes. Follow safety instructions while performing tasks and effectively communicate with Press operators, crew members, and management. May also perform some basic welding and mechanical tasks. Required Qualifications: Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment, with an understanding of the urgency of equipment downtimes Basic knowledge of precision test and calibration equipment to perform preventative maintenance. Basic understanding of components and systems bearings, clutches, gears, belted and shafted drives, and pneumatic systems. Ability to understand and follow instructions, troubleshoot effectively, and respond quickly to solve equipment malfunctions. Good communication both written and oral. Must provide own set of tools.
