Job Description Job Description We are looking for HVAC installers to add to our team. We are a family owned and operated business that has been in business for over 25 years. We offer vacation pay, holiday pay, success sharing bonus, and a few other benefits. We have competitive pay and room for growth in the company. Pay starts at $16-$20 an hour for new installers. Depending on previous job experiences starting pay may be more, if determined to be highly mechanically inclined. Pay for experienced installers ranges from $20-$35 an hour. Pay for project managers and team leaders ranges from $30-$40 an hour with room for growth based on performance. We offer paid training and certification classes. The Job entails installing HVAC systems in new construction homes and commercial buildings. Including equipment, duct work, venting, gas lines, ect. We are looking for friendly, energetic, drug free employees that can get along with anyone. Eager to learn and improve themselves and the business. Attention to detail and care about how their work looks visually. Tools that will be required amount to around $500-$1,000, some of which may be paid for by the company if you stay with us for at least a year. Drill set, (impact, and standard chuck drill), red snips, green snips, big snips, tinning hammer, zip tie tool, hand seamers, crimpers, tool bag, screwdrivers, ect. Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs. on a daily basis. Work on ladders, on roofs, in attics/truss spaces, ect. Must have a way to and from work, and a clean driving record with no DUI's (some employees will be provided a vehicle to get to and from the jobs). Must pass background check, and drug tests. Paid time off accrual starts immediately at a rate of 50 hours worked earns 1 hour of PTO. This equates to 41 hours of PTO if you work full time for a year. Diesel Tech / Mechanic

Most of our jobs entail installing new heavy equipment attachments/systems, almost exclusively on excavators. The equipment is new, and the work is clean. Some field work may be required, but most of our jobs are done inside the shop at our Portland facility. Responsibilities Diesel tech/mechanic:  Associate degree/certification or equivalent hydromechanical work experience.  Heavy equipment experience required.  Experience installing and troubleshooting 12V-24V systems.  Experience installing and troubleshooting Hydraulic systems for heavy equipment attachments/accessories.  Experience working with/on excavators of all makes. Cat, John Deere, Komatsu, Link Belt, Kobelco, etc.  Understanding fundamentals and techniques of installing heavy equipment hydraulic components is a must.  Ability/experience building hydraulic hoses.  Experience servicing/rebuilding Hydraulic cylinders.  Experience safely operating excavator /heavy equipment in a limited workspace.  Rigging/crane experience.  Experience using hydraulic presses/porta power.  Fabrication experience a plus, but not required.  A/C certification a plus but not required.
