Material-Specific Certs: Certifications for aluminum or stainless steel are highly valued for specialized fabrication. Physicality: Ability to maintain a steady hand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in awkward positions or confined spaces. Work Environment The role is performed on the shop floor and involves exposure to extreme heat, bright light (arc flash), and fumes.
