Department/Unit Summary Responsible for managing patient care activities, including reviewing clinical information, communicating results, coordinating follow-up care, and providing education on treatment plans, medications, and lifestyle considerations. Collaborates closely with providers to support safe, effective care delivery while ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to organizational and regulatory standards. Assists with clinic operations, patient communication, and care coordination, participates in quality improvement efforts, and performs additional duties as assigned. This position is located at the Sunview Campus. How you'll contribute You'll make an impact by utilizing your specialized plan-of-care intervention and serving as a patient-care innovator. Additional requirements include: - Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire. - One year of nursing experience required. Prior experience preforming withdrawls preferred. - Spanish bilingual preferred.
