The Interventional Radiologic Technologist CLis a specialized radiologic technologist who helps physicians with minimally invasive procedures that guide instruments through a patient's blood vessels and organs. What You'll Do Conduct initial and ongoing health assessments; develop care plans for residents with complex medical needs. Oversee medication management, including evaluation, documentation, and collaboration with physicians and case managers. Provide clinical supervision to Program Nurse LPNs; support and train Rehab Techs as needed. Monitor treatment procedures, protocols, and care delivery to ensure safety and accuracy. Document medical interventions and resident health status in electronic records. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and treatment planning. Respond to emergency and crisis situations using approved protocols. Lead infection control procedures and promote safe residential practices. Assist with orientation, training modules, and skills assessments. Support resident satisfaction and the mission of Hope Network through high-quality, compassionate care. Work Schedule On site 32 hours per week Standard hours: Monday-Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Qualifications Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing with the State of Michigan. One-year previous experience in a residential setting preferred. Experience providing medical services in a rehabilitation setting preferred.
