Job Summary: Facilitate jobsite management by working with project managers, superintendents and foreman for on-site construction. Direct superintendents in planning, coordination and execution of work to be on time and within budget while maintaining a safe workplace and promoting client relationships. Primary Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for jobsite superintendents for project-related conflict resolution—if a project manager and jobsite superintendent cannot handle an issue alone due to size, scale or complexity, this role will provide support in conflict resolution and training Manage our jobsite superintendents and Gallo craft and assist them in assigning manpower to each project and forecasting heavy equipment utilization Attend project turnover meetings with estimating team, project manager and superintendent to get high-level summary of work is associated with each project, specifically what work Gallo is self-performing vs what is being subcontracted.
