Minimum Requirements: Previous work experience in a similar role (1-3 years typically). Experience with harness assembly in specific industries such as automotive or aerospace is a plus. Proficiency with wire harness assembly, including cutting, stripping, crimping, and soldering wires. Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, technical drawings, and electrical schematics. Familiarity with tools such as crimpers, soldering irons, wire strippers, and multimeters. Knowledge of different wire types, connectors, and terminal types. Experience testing wire harnesses for continuity, insulation, and functionality. Preferred Qualifications: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage inventory and lab space effectively. Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide detailed feedback during prototype builds. Ability to travel to various facilities and adapt to new challenges as needed.
