Maintain the property logs such as refrigerant, pool chemical, and mold logs. Analyzes and resolves escalated maintenance issues. Coordinates and schedules outside vendors, as needed. May participate in "on call" rotation and respond to emergency calls as needed. Weekend work may be required. Adhere to all company policies including but not limited to safety and Fair Housing. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling and fabricating wood framing components, ensuring quality, accuracy, and efficiency in every task. The ideal candidate will possess mechanical aptitude, proficiency with hand and power tools, and experience working in wood framing, carpentry, or manufacturing environments. Monday to Friday | 1st Shift 40 OT available Responsibilities: Use hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment to assemble parts according to specifications. Conduct quality checks throughout the assembly process to ensure adherence to safety standards and project requirements. Assist with machining, carpentry, or fabrication tasks as needed to support project completion. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines while ensuring high-quality workmanship. Qualification: Prior experience in manufacturing or construction Wood truss and wood framing experience required Experience reading framing layouts, handling lumber and building materials, and operating production equipment is highly valued Proficiency with forklift operation and basic mechanical knowledge is essential. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and materials handling techniques. Knowledge of millwork, carpentry, fabrication processes, and machining is a plus.
