Perform tool changes and routine machine maintenance to keep equipment running optimally. Oversee and manage night shift operations, serving as the primary point of contact on the floor. Identify and resolve machining issues, equipment problems, and production bottlenecks as they arise. Maintain accurate production records and communicate shift status to management. Uphold a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Requirements 3–5 years of hands-on experience operating CNC machines in a production environment. Proficiency with both CNC lathes and CNC mills preferred. Ability to write and edit CNC programs using G-code. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues independently. Works well with others; able to communicate effectively and collaborate with coworkers across shifts. Comfortable working autonomously with minimal supervision during night shift hours. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T. Physical fitness required; must be able to lift up to 70 lbs. The position we are looking to fill is primarily based around roof repair work (Service Technician) with minor job rolls in running materials and providing safety supervision on job sites. Most work is near or within town so expect to be home at the end of each workday.
