Provides assistance to the Diesel Technician, welders, Electrician, and Machinist; performs welding, acetylene burning, brazing, soldering, minor carpentry, and painting, as needed. Ensures compliance with safety regulations and standard operating procedures. Reading drawing specifications and manufacturer's data sheets. Works around medium voltage, rotating equipment and various hazardous chemicals. May be required to perform "stand-by duty

LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT Required About the Role Memory Training Centers of Florida is seeking a compassionate, licensed clinician to join our growing clinical team. In this role, you will deliver memory training and psychotherapy services to seniors residing in assisted living and senior living communities throughout Florida. You will also play an important part in supporting and training the clinical staff who provide our program to patients every day. What You'll Do Provide individual psychotherapy and memory training services to seniors in senior living communities Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Collaborate with patients' families, community staff, and medical professionals as part of a team-based care approach Deliver training and clinical support to clinical contract staff Provide on-the-job training and in-person orientation and shadow days to new clinical staff in Palm Beach county Review clinical documentation and provide feedback and guidance to clinical staff Participate in regular clinical supervision, team meetings, and ongoing professional development What We're Looking For Active Florida licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, LMFT — required Genuine interest in working with older adults and senior populations Strong clinical assessment and therapeutic skills Comfortable working in community-based settings such as assisted living facilities Collaborative team player who also works well independently Excellent communication skills with patients, families, and multidisciplinary team members Experience with geriatric populations or memory-related conditions is a plus, though not required — we provide comprehensive training What We Offer Personalized onboarding and specialized training in memory care and cognitive interventions Ongoing clinical supervision and professional support Multiple evidence-based treatment resources and tools The opportunity to grow with a practice that is rapidly expanding throughout Florida About Us Memory Training Centers of Florida is a clinical practice dedicated to optimizing the quality of life for seniors.
