Strong supervisory and team leadership skills. Experience operating heavy equipment. Proficiency in steel stud framing and drywall installation . Excellent communication and organizational skills. Basic equipment and tool maintenance knowledge. Strong understanding of construction safety regulations and best practices. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and project specifications. Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and outdoors in varying weather conditions. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in commercial drywall or interior construction projects. Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors and construction crews. OSHA certification is a plus. Ability to travel to project sites if required.
