The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of commercial painting systems, and the ability to manage crews, schedules, and job site coordination while maintaining high-quality workmanship and safety standards Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate commercial painting crews on active job sites Plan daily work activities to ensure projects stay on schedule Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project scopes Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and other trades Ensure all work meets company quality standards and project specifications Train, mentor, and oversee painters and laborers Monitor job site safety and enforce OSHA safety requirements Perform and oversee surface preparation including patching, sanding, masking, caulking, and priming Apply paints, coatings, stains, and finishes using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment Operate and maintain commercial painting equipment including sprayers and lifts Identify and complete punch list items Track labor, materials, and equipment needs Maintain a clean and organized job site Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of commercial painting experience Previous foreman or supervisory experience required Strong knowledge of commercial coatings, finishes, and application techniques Experience working on occupied and active construction sites Ability to read construction drawings and specifications Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations Experience operating lifts and other job site equipment preferred Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license Physical Requirements Ability to stand, climb, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds Comfortable working on ladders, scaffolding, and lifts Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying job site conditions Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Overtime opportunities Health benefits available
