Qualifications 8‑12 years of CPG sales experience, with deep expertise in Club, Mass, or large‑format retail. Experience leading broker networks and influencing cross‑functional teams. Deep understanding of high‑velocity retail environments, trade strategy, and category management. Cogency Global is seeking a Segment Strategic Marketing Director – Professional Services to drive segment-led growth across our global Professional Services portfolio, with a core focus on law firms, title companies, and tax and accountancy firms. This role aligns market insights, go-to-market strategy, and execution to deliver differentiated positioning, campaigns, and programs that directly support pipeline generation, key-account expansion, cross-sell, and long-term client value. Translate complex transactional, filing, governance, and compliance concepts into clear, compelling market narratives for law firm and professional services workflows (e.g., transaction support, due diligence, UCC, formations, governance-heavy portfolios). Partner with functional marketing leaders to deliver multi-channel demand generation and ABM campaigns, thought leadership, and events for professional services audiences, optimizing performance based on data and ROI. Serve as a central connector for your segment across Sales, Product, Operations, Legal/Compliance, and Marketing, ensuring consistent, segment-relevant messaging and enablement tools. Required Qualifications 7–12 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally within legal, financial services, or other highly regulated professional services industries. Proven experience in segment/vertical marketing and go-to-market strategy, including marketing to law firms or other professional services organizations. Track record partnering with Sales to drive pipeline and revenue through multi-channel campaigns (ABM, digital, events, thought leadership).
