Satisfactory completion of an ASHP-accredited residency in pharmacy practice plus one (1) year pharmacist experience. Two (2) years pharmacist experience. One (1) year leadership experience plus one (1) year pharmacist experience. Six (6) months experience in an interim SHS Pharmacy Supervisor or above role may be substituted for the one (1) year of leadership experience. Leadership experience preferred.
