What You’ll Do Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems Communicate findings and all available options clearly and honestly to homeowners Document service calls using Service Titan Maintain a clean, safe job-site and a professional appearance at all times Operate company vehicles, equipment, and provided resources responsibly and safely Consistently meet performance expectations tied to quality, efficiency, and customer experience Compensation & Growth hourly wage commission bonus Benefits PTO Long-term opportunities and path for advancement We believe strong teams are built through shared standards, consistent systems, and mutual trust over time.
