You’ll be accountable for seasonal sales targets, inventory health, market strategy, and deep brand-building relationships. This is a high-leverage role interfacing with founders, product teams, and executive leadership to drive revenue, optimize assortment, and scale the brand through thoughtful placement. Key Responsibilities Own and manage the global wholesale business across all territories, with hands-on leadership of North America full-price and off-price accounts (majors and independents). Achieve and exceed seasonal sales and shipping targets; drive both sell-in and sell-out performance. Conduct weekly business performance analysis and distribute actionable selling reports. Provide regular reorder recaps (weekly/monthly) to ensure replenishment and continuity. Prepare comprehensive seasonal market decks: review last year’s performance, current trends, and strategic plans for upcoming market appointments. Build and maintain deep relationships with wholesale accounts through regular visits—driving brand awareness, supporting reorder velocity, and cultivating long-term partnerships. Lead and organize seasonal market execution: location scouting, outreach and appointment scheduling, model bookings, sample logistics, and all operational components of market presence. Qualifications 7 years of wholesale sales experience in fashion/apparel, ideally with a focus on premium/aspirational or sustainable brands. Proven track record managing major and independent accounts, driving both full-price and off-price revenue. Strong commercial acumen: forecasting, inventory optimization, margin management, and sell-through analysis. Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability—able to translate data and trends into actionable wholesale strategies. Exceptional relationship builder; comfortable selling, presenting, and negotiating with high-level retail partners. Experience owning market planning and execution (trade shows, seasonal market appointments). Excellent communication and presentation skills—able to create compelling market decks and business recaps. Comfortable traveling as needed to support key accounts and market events. Preferred / Nice-to-Have Background in DTC wholesale hybrid brands. Background with Off Price. Familiarity with modern wholesale tech stacks (order management, CRM, sell-in/sell-out analytics).
