Overview We're looking for a Staff Marketing Technology AI Platforms Manager to join Intuit's Marketing Futures Team, a group embedded in our broader marketing organization tasked with defining, piloting, and scaling AI-enabled and future-oriented marketing capabilities. You will be the team's rapid prototyper and technical builder, creating AI-infused marketing tools, platforms and capabilities to deliver the promise of AI to our users with bespoke experiences at scale. You'll facilitate technical integration with Content Management Systems, Customer Data Platforms, and Advertiser platforms, and work closely with engineering partners to ensure pilots are production-ready. We are looking for a seasoned AI-first MarTech builder with a passion for customer-first marketing who is an avid learner, experimenter, and builder ready to ship fast and prove what's possible. Responsibilities Rapidly prototype AI-infused marketing tools and experiences: agentic workflow automation, atomic content generation & assembly, dynamic landing page generators, GPT-based chat interfaces, predictive audience orchestration and more. Build and iterate on marketing MVPs using Python, Integrated Development Environments (e.g., Cursor, Windsurf, Claude Code), and generative AI frameworks. Own the MCP and API integration layer for Marketing Futures. Design, build, and operate custom MCP servers that expose Intuit's marketing data and actions (campaign performance, audience segments, creative assets, CMS content, CDP profiles, ad spend, search and GEO signals) to 3P and internal agentic systems. Define the schemas, authentication patterns, rate limiting, and observability that make these servers safe for production use. Wrap legacy APIs and fragmented vendor SDKs (SA360, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Adobe, and first party Intuit services) into clean, agent consumable tool interfaces so marketers and agents can operate against a single source of truth instead of swivel chairing between platforms. Lead the engineering of a scalable AI agent ecosystem, implementing Agent-to-Agent (A2A) protocols for multi-agent orchestration and developing custom MCP connectors for Slack, Google Workspace, Databricks, AWS, GCP and 1P platforms/services to bridge fragmented marketing workflows into a centralized, high-concurrency automation platform Facilitate technical integration between Marketing Futures pilots and production systems: CMSs (Content Management Systems), CDPs (Customer Data Platforms), ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads), internal APIs. Design and execute A/B testing frameworks for AI-enhanced marketing experiences; measure and report on performance lift, conversion impact, and efficiency gains. Develop automation scripts and workflows that reduce manual effort in campaign operations, creative production, and reporting. Partner with product, engineering, data science, and product teams to evaluate emerging AI tools and ensure marketing pilots meet technical standards for scalability and security. Build internal tools and prototypes that demonstrate the value of AI-driven workflows, supporting the team's evangelism and adoption efforts. Contribute to internal prompt libraries, technical documentation, and training materials that enable the broader marketing org to leverage AI tools independently. Qualifications 6-8 years of experience in marketing technology, data engineering, or a hybrid marketing/data engineering role, with at least 2 years building AI-powered tools or automations in marketing/sales organizations. Past experience designing and building MCP servers, API wrappers, or equivalent tool/function calling layers for LLM agents, including schema design, auth (OAuth, API keys, service accounts), rate limiting, error handling, and observability. Experience integrating with marketing and advertising APIs (SemRush, Google Ads, Google Search Console, Meta Ads, DV360, SA360, Databricks, Marketo CDPs, CMSs) is strongly preferred. Hands-on experience with GCP/AWS serverless architecture (Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, BigQuery or Fargate, Lambda, Redshift, Athena) to build resilient marketing data pipelines that centralize intelligence across fragmented sources Strong technical skills: proficiency in Python, TypeScript/Node.js and/or JavaScript; experience building web applications, APIs, or integrations in a marketing context. Hands-on experience building production-grade multi-agent systems using Google ADK and Vertex AI Agent Engine (or equivalent), including orchestrator/sub-agent patterns and A2A protocol implementation Hands-on experience with generative AI frameworks, LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic), and prompt engineering for marketing applications. Experience with A/B testing platforms and experimentation methodology; comfort designing, running, and analyzing marketing experiments. Familiarity with marketing tech stacks: CMSs, CDPs, ad platform APIs (Meta, Google, TikTok), analytics tools. Strong problem-solving skills and a bias toward shipping; comfort working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments. Excellent collaboration skills; ability to translate between marketing strategy and technical implementation. Degree in Marketing, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical/quantitative field is required, or equivalent practical experience. Master's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field is a plus. Experience in fintech, SaaS, or regulated industries is a plus. AI Marketing Manager, Marketing Futures

Overview We are looking for an AI Marketing Manager to join Intuit's Marketing Futures Team, a group embedded in our broader marketing organization tasked with defining, piloting, and scaling AI enabled and future oriented marketing capabilities. You will own the strategy and execution of AI driven pilots inside live performance marketing campaigns and channels, with a mandate to compress time to launch, expand creative variant volume, and drive measurable lift in ROAS, CTR, CVR, and incrementality across paid social, paid search, programmatic, and owned channels. This role sits at the intersection of performance media, generative creative production, and AI driven search. You will partner with paid media, creative, SEO, and web teams to embed AI into the campaign loop end to end, from creative variant generation through Adobe Gen Studio, Celtra, and other AI production platforms, to dynamic personalization at scale, to AEO and GEO optimization that captures incremental visibility in AI driven search surfaces. We are looking for a performance marketer who is an avid learner, experimenter, and builder ready to redefine how brands win in an AI native campaign environment. Responsibilities Lead AI pilots inside live performance marketing campaigns across paid social, paid search, programmatic, and owned channels, with measurable goals tied to ROAS, CTR, CVR, and incremental GNS. Own creative production at scale workflows through Adobe Gen Studio, Celtra, and emerging AI creative platforms, generating high volume on brand variants for Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, and DV360 with downstream connection to Motion for performance analysis. Partner with paid media, performance creative, and agency teams to design and run experiments that quantify AI driven lift over agency baselines on creative volume, time to launch, and channel performance. Build personalization at scale workflows that pair Adobe Gen Studio creative output with audience targeting, dynamic creative optimization, and landing page variation, with the goal of moving from campaign level testing toward audience level personalization. Develop and execute a content strategy optimized for AEO and GEO across Google AI Overviews, AI Mode, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and emerging AI native browsers, with structured content frameworks, schema markup, and entity rich metadata that drive citation and ranking. Track and analyze AI search performance using ProFound, Adobe LLM optimizer, including SGE SERP tracking, citation rates, and brand visibility across LLM platforms, and translate findings into prioritized content and SEO actions. Build and maintain reusable prompt/skill libraries, AI assisted creative briefs, and campaign workflow templates that scale across the marketing org and reduce cost per asset. Embed within performance marketing and creative teams during tentpole campaign moments to integrate AI from ideation through production, distribution, and post launch optimization. Design and run experiments that measure AI generated versus traditionally produced creative across tentpole campaigns, tracking performance lift, production efficiency, creative quality, and operational time savings. Partner with the Head of Marketing Futures and the Data and AI Systems Lead to graduate proven pilots from skill to MCP integration to production deployment within GTM Tech and engineering systems. Build and maintain internal playbooks and knowledge assets that enable the broader marketing org to adopt AI enabled performance marketing and content practices. Qualifications 4 to 6 years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or paid media, with at least 2 years focused on AI driven creative production, AEO and GEO, or generative content workflows. Hands on experience with AI creative production platforms such as Adobe Gen Studio, Celtra, Runway, Midjourney, or VEO, including building templates, training brand systems, and shipping production grade variants into ad platforms. Working knowledge of paid media platforms (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, DV360) and how AI generated creative integrates with creative testing, dynamic creative optimization, and personalization workflows. Deep understanding of how LLMs surface and cite content, with hands on experience in schema markup, structured data, entity based optimization, and knowledge graph design. Proficiency with generative AI tools for content creation (ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, Copy.ai) and experience building prompt libraries or AI assisted editorial and creative workflows. Strong analytical skills with comfort working in data, metrics, and experimentation. Experience with performance marketing analytics (Datorama, GA4, Adobe Analytics, Amplitude) and SEO and GEO platforms (ProFound, Ahrefs, Semrush). Experience working within or alongside performance creative and campaign teams, with comfort operating in fast moving production environments for large scale marketing moments. Experience creating multi format content at scale (text, video, interactive) using AI enhanced production workflows. Excellent communication skills and comfort working cross functionally with technical, creative, performance, and analytics teams. Experience in fintech, SaaS, or regulated industries is a plus.
