About the Role We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the organization’s financial strategy, operations, and long-term planning. The CFO will be a key member of the executive leadership team, partnering closely with the CEO and senior leaders to drive growth, profitability, and operational excellence. This role oversees all finance and accounting functions, ensures financial integrity and compliance, and provides insight to support data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities Lead overall financial strategy, planning, and forecasting aligned with company goals Oversee accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management Ensure accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with GAAP Manage treasury, banking relationships, debt, and liquidity planning Provide strategic financial insights to the CEO, Board, and executive team Oversee tax strategy, audits, and regulatory compliance Drive process improvements, system enhancements, and internal controls Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance and accounting team Support M&A activity, due diligence, and integration (if applicable) Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required) MBA, CPA, or CFA strongly preferred 10 years of progressive finance and accounting leadership experience Proven experience as CFO, VP of Finance, or senior finance leader Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and corporate finance Experience working with Boards, investors, or private equity partners (preferred) Demonstrated ability to scale finance operations in a growing organization J-18808-Ljbffr
