Lead Brazing Process Engineer

JOB SUMMARY Develops and implements silver and copper brazing processes required to manufacture custom cold plates designed to cool advanced processors used in next-generation data centers. Establishes and maintains process controls to meet quality standards in the most efficient and scalable manner for both new and existing production. Monitors pilot and high-volume manufacturing, troubleshoots process issues, and drives resolution of quality concerns.
