ProDims LLC is a certified small business enterprise (SBE/OMWBE) firm specializing in project controls services for complex construction projects. We deliver expert scheduling, cost estimating, inspections, document control, and construction support for federal, military, transportation, transit, airport, tunnel, municipal, educational, and commercial projects. We are seeking an experienced Senior Scheduler to lead the development, maintenance, and analysis of project schedules for high-profile clients including WSDOT, Sound Transit, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, U.S. Navy, school districts, and other public agencies. This role is critical to keeping projects on time, within budget, and compliant with federal and state specifications. The ideal candidate is a scheduling expert who thrives in collaborative environments, provides clear insights to project teams and owners, and helps mitigate risks through proactive schedule management. Key Responsibilities: Develop, update, and maintain detailed, resource-loaded Critical Path Method (CPM) schedules using industry-standard software (primarily Oracle Primavera P6 15.1 or higher) Create baseline schedules, progress updates, look-ahead schedules, and what-if scenarios for projects ranging from early planning through closeout Perform schedule analysis including critical path identification, float analysis, delay impact studies, and recovery planning Support claims and change order processes with schedule forensics, time impact analyses (TIAs), and narrative reports Collaborate with project managers, estimators, inspectors, owners, and contractors to integrate scheduling with cost and risk management Prepare executive-level schedule reports, dashboards, and presentations for client meetings and progress reviews Ensure compliance with agency-specific requirements (WSDOT, Sound Transit, USACE, federal specifications, etc.) Mentor junior schedulers and support continuous improvement of ProDims' scheduling standards and templates Conduct site visits as needed to validate progress and resolve scheduling issues in the field Qualifications: 10 years of professional experience in construction scheduling, with demonstrated expertise on complex projects (federal/military, transit, transportation, education, or heavy civil preferred) Expert-level proficiency in Primavera P6 (required); strong skills in Microsoft Project, Excel (advanced), and scheduling analytics tools Proven track record developing and managing schedules for public agency clients and government projects Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, CSI divisions, and specifications for federal and state work Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex schedule information clearly to diverse stakeholders Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team Ability to travel locally (Kirkland/Seattle area as project needs require Preferred: PSP (Planning & Scheduling Professional) certification PMP or other relevant credentials Experience with forensic scheduling and claims support Familiarity with project controls integration (cost schedule) ProDims participates in E-Verify - Este Empleador Participa en E- Verify ProDims is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Clinical Exercise Physiologist

Job Summary Supervises the exercise and pharmacologic stress testing in the exercise labs at primary location and outreaches, including assessing the cardiovascular and metabolic effects of exercise on healthy, cardiac, or high-risk outpatients and inpatients, as well as, the determination of appropriate test and test termination. Implements and supervises the physical exercise program of patients in the outpatient cardiac rehabilitation program at assigned location. Job Duties Schedules patients for entry into cardiac rehabilitation program. Assists with the orientation, development of individualized goals and plan of care of new patients. This includes the calculation of exercise prescription and home exercise programs based on stress test results to provide medically stable activities to each individual patient. Supervises patients during outpatient exercise sessions, monitoring patients for inappropriate responses to exercises. Provides individualized and group patient education in areas of expertise. Performs warm-up, cool down exercises with patients. Determines patient suitability for testing based on medical history, chart review, and resting EKG. Contacts assigned cardiologist or patient’s referring provider regarding more suitable tests. Explains test procedures to patients and answers any questions. Monitors patient condition during testing. Supervises all exercise, pharmacologic, and metabolic stress tests including technical staff, exercise lab trainees, and students during testing. Decides when to terminate testing or exercise session based on exercise lab guidelines. Provides preliminary report for resting and exercise EKGs, blood pressure response, symptoms, and arrhythmias. Contacts the appropriate personnel as necessary for seriously abnormal test results. Consults with the exercise lab medical director or designate for clinical questions, as needed. Initiates emergency procedures as necessary in accordance with the exercise lab and cardiac rehab policies. Coordinates with the area programs to enroll patients into a Cardiac Rehab program.
