Responsibilities We are looking for an Construction Superintendent with MEP for a ground up MRI facility - Client is the State of NY Office of General Services (OGS) Provide on-site day to day monitoring of construction activities for multi trade contracts to ensure the project is constructed in conformance with the contract requirements. Project is a ground up MRI facility on the campus of a psychiatric hospital campus. Responsiblities include: Monitor work and materials to ensure quality control standards are met at various stages of the project Coordinate Third Party Code Inspection and Documentation Communicate with the project team and support each subcontractor to execute his job duties effectively and efficiently Read and interpret drawings and specifications, prepare daily reports and activity logs. Perform inspections or schedule inspectors to meet the varying safety and compliance regulations of each job location Maintain a written daily log of visitors, job actions performed, materials expended, and problems resolved on the job site Identify and resolve problems and conflicts, organizing meetings and cooperating with team members in various roles as necessary Review contractor as-builts Qualifications Minimum (8) years of experience in NYC construction leading multiple phases of building/rehabilitation projects Background as General Construction Superintendent or MEP Superintendent preferred. Advanced Practice Provider - Psychiatric Services We are looking for a full-time, Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) in our inpatient Psychiatric Services Department. Advanced Practice Providers provide medical care and treatment under the supervision and support of a team of on-site board-certified psychiatrists. Services offered include psychiatric treatment, psychotherapy sessions, group therapy in a structured setting, medication therapy, family therapy, support group meetings, and relapse prevention. The position is Monday through Friday.
