Shift Leader Mexican Restaurant Position Overview Were looking for a motivated and personable Shift Leader to join our vibrant, fast-paced Mexican restaurant team. In this role, youll lead by example, ensuring smooth daily operations, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and supporting our team in creating fresh, flavorful dishes that celebrate authentic Mexican cuisine. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate front- and back-of-house operations during assigned shifts. Lead, motivate, and support team members to maintain high service and food quality standards. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation guidelines. Manage shift schedules, breaks, and task assignments. Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
