Overview New Graduate Nurse Residency Program Carle BroMenn Medical Center and Carle Eureka Hospital provide a Nurse Residency program for new graduate Registered Nurses during their first several months of practice. New Graduate Nurse Residency assists the nurse in the transition from student to professional nursing practice.
