It partners cross-functionally to manage compliance requirements, strengthen controls, and enable risk-based oversight through effective monitoring, data, and reporting. The Compliance Insights team provides strategic, comprehensive data analysis, reporting, and data-driven insights that support Electric compliance, investigations, and risk management. Position Summary: The Electric NERC Compliance Consultant, Expert core function is to support/monitor the compliance and/or risk management framework & tools that enable the organization and employees to conduct business in compliance with NERC applicable standards, laws & regulations, and/or to identify, manage, and mitigate operational risk. The Electric NERC Compliance Consultant, expert will partner with Electric Engineering, Asset management and Planning, and Electric Operations business units and the Enterprise NERC Compliance Office to guide mitigation planning, shaping risk-based decisions, aligning cross-functional partners, and influencing policy and regulatory strategy across WECC, FERC and CAISO. The selected candidate must live within PG&E’s service territory and will be expected to work in the office 2-3 days/week. This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job. May lead company response to regulatory data requests, investigations, audits, and other inquiries. Regularly updates leadership on changes to requirements/standards, metrics, program effectiveness, and opportunities for improvement. Lead root cause analysis exercises. May participate in risk management forums at the enterprise level. May act as team lead but does not have any direct reports. Supports ongoing mitigation plans filed with the Regional Entity (Western Electric Coordinating Council [WECC]); partners with Electric Engineering business units on the development of mitigation plans; develops compelling data-driven business cases for or against specific courses of action and potential risk mitigation alternatives as appropriate. Partners with controls verification team on development and implementation of test plans, incorporating any findings into improvements in NERC compliance. Supports annual gap analysis; identifies gaps between compliance requirements and guidance documentation; supports development of compliance narratives and RSAW documentation. Supports investigations into compliance issues with NERCwith a focus on O&P standard family; provides strategic direction regarding areas of NERC compliance in common with CPUC, OEIS, and CAISO. Identifies opportunities for new internal controls; helps build additional internal controls. Supports WECC/FERC audits; provides input into FERC/NERC policy as it pertains to development of new and/or revised NERC Reliability Standards. Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 7 years of relevant experience Primarily office environment with extensive use of computers and numerous phone calls, conference calls, and in-person meetings. Position Summary The CET team is looking for a seasoned Program Manager to lead our Residential EV Charging program. The main goal of the program is to make it easier for income-qualified customers to charge their EVs at home through incentives for panel upgrades and circuit extensions. Additionally, the program aims to provide pathways for customers to install EV charging at their homes while avoiding the need for electrical upgrades. The program connects customers to a list of qualified Trade Allies and provides rebates directly to those partners to allow for a reduction in out-of-pocket costs for the customer upon installation. The successful candidate will also ensure that the key objectives of PG&E’s residential electrification customer experience are integrated into the design and execution of this program. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of the program development and implementation, including developing workflows, creating timelines, managing budgets, tracking metrics and progress toward program goals Engage and collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders Manage contracts to meet goals and stay on budget Handle regulatory compliance and reporting, including regulatory reporting to the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) or the California Air Resources Board (CARB) Make recommendations and develop processes to ensure a positive customer experience The ideal candidate has a strong background in program and project management within regulated environments (e.g. CPUC, CARB), excels at problem solving, and can communicate complex technical information effectively to diverse audiences. As this program focuses on overcoming barriers to EV adoption, the candidate should be eager to tackle undefined challenges, collaborate effectively, and apply curiosity and data driven methods to program development. Stand up new Electric Compliance Assurance FERC team and transition to steady-state. Ensure framework for implementing tools and processes to improve quality and timeliness of reports/deliverables. Determine most effective department metrics to measure performance against annual or longer-term goals and objectives for time bound projects or ongoing operational work. Regularly presents department scorecard to senior management and adjusts based on business needs. Develop/refine scope and process of team, including how to prioritize scope. Manage team to investigate areas of interest for FERC Compliance, which may include working with PG&Es Legal team. Perform technical review of investigation reports of varying risk. Manage team to prepare Apparent Cause Evaluations (ACEs), Workgroup Evaluations (WGEs), or similar, including identifying corrective actions and gaining consensus with senior leadership to mitigate risk. Manage team to identify and summarize compliance risk concerns, including forecasting potential Notices of Violation (NOVs), self-reports, or equivalent. Manage team to prepare and submit responses to data requests. Prepare and present summary of findings and risk to PG&E to senior and executive leaders. Responsible for the regulatory compliance of the department’s programs. Work with regulators and other internal LOBs to ensure department meets regulatory rule changes, updating supporting processes as appropriate. Overview: Six Flags Darien Lake is seeking a skilled and motivated Seasonal HVAC Technician to support the maintenance and operation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems throughout the park, water park, lodging facilities, restaurants, retail locations, and administrative buildings.
