Deep domain expertise in enterprise financial data architectures (e.g., FP&A, modern ledgers, corporate consolidation workflows) and preferably HR data domains. Demonstrated experience successfully operating as both an Engineering Delivery Manager and a Data Product Owner(defining product vision, strategy, and roadmaps). Proven success leading the end-to-end execution of large, complex, data-centric initiatives from inception to production deployment Strong history of leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams of data engineers and individual contributors.
