Job Details We are seeking a Litigation Partner or Counsel to join our product liability and mass tort practice in Washington, DC. This role is focused on high-stakes, complex litigation involving scientific, medical, and technical issues, often across multiple jurisdictions. We are looking for someone who can step into ongoing matters and contribute immediately to case strategy, discovery, expert development, and trial preparation. This is a hands-on role working closely with experienced trial teams on large-scale product liability and mass tort matters.
