Prepare Construction Schedule using Microsoft Project software, prepare miscellaneous estimate to justify Extra work or Change Order. Prepare Material Take-off and requisitions and purchase orders. Oversee proper completion of Daily Job Logs and As-Built records. Prepares and gathers all closeout documentations. Expedite material deliveries. Monitor quality control and report to the PM and superintendent. Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor's degree is desired, but not required. Working experience will be considered. 3-5 years of experience in the Commercial Construction Industry in Project Engineer/Project Management. Experience with construction project management software (experience with Procore desired) This candidate must be able to demonstrate leadership abilities and posses above average written and oral communication skills, including strong negotiation skills.
