We're looking for someone who thinks strategically about content—someone who can identify what information our audiences need, how it should be organized, and how content can drive meaningful business outcomes. In this role, you'll develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns business objectives with the needs of diverse audiences. You'll evaluate existing content, identify gaps, design intuitive content structures, and create user-centered digital experiences that educate, engage, and inspire action. You'll collaborate across marketing, communications, UX, and subject matter experts to ensure content supports organizational priorities, paid media initiatives, and long-term digital growth. Responsibilities Develop and execute an enterprise-wide content strategy aligned with organizational objectives. Conduct content audits and identify opportunities to improve, consolidate, create, or retire content. Map audience journeys and align content to each stage of the user experience. Design and maintain intuitive information architecture, navigation, and content organization. Establish and maintain content governance standards, workflows, and editorial best practices. Partner with marketing to ensure paid media campaigns, landing pages, and website content work together seamlessly. Monitor content performance using analytics and user insights to optimize engagement and conversion. Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex information into clear, user-focused content. Lead ongoing improvements to content quality, accessibility, and digital experience across the website ecosystem. Qualifications Experience leading enterprise content strategy for large websites or digital ecosystems. Demonstrated success conducting content audits, gap analyses, and content lifecycle management. Strong understanding of information architecture, UX principles, and audience journey mapping. Experience establishing or managing content governance frameworks and editorial standards. Ability to translate business goals into content strategies that drive measurable outcomes. Experience working with CMS platforms such as Drupal, Optimizely, Sitecore, Adobe Experience Manager, Contentful, or similar. Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to measure and optimize content effectiveness. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Interested in hearing more?
